About Me

Welcome to Leiphobia!

Hii! My name is Lei and I am an Autistic, mixed-heritage artist studying Psychology at University based in Staffordshire. I specialise in textiles - mostly making sustainable funky maximalist pieces.

I know from lived experience and through Psychology that clothes help self-expression and help with identities so I wanted my small biz to cater to everyone because everyone deserves to have access to unique pieces to feel empowered! My pieces are designed to comfortably fit a range of sizes and I am also currently working on drafting sewing patterns for people with Congenital hand differences! No one should have to miss out on fashion just because they have a disability.

25% of funds from purchasing my pieces go towards providing aid for families during the ongoing conflicts and genocides they are experiencing such as in Gaza and Sudan. I feel very passionate about supporting marginalised communities as best as I can.

Thank you so much for reading! If you have any questions or would like to commission a custom piece please don't hesitate to reach out <3
